After you place an order, our team will begin processing it within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Sundays and holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.


Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within the following timeframes (Monday through Friday) GMT-08:00 Pacific Time USA & Canada:

Total Delivery Time

Your order's total delivery time = Handling Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time.


Order Deadline

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (GMT-08:00) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be handled on the next business day. For the fastest delivery, please order before the cutoff time.

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Orders equal or over $100  → Free Shipping

  • Orders between $1–$99 → Shipping cost $7.99 Standard Shipping

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Package
